Privacy policy

The short version

This website has no accounts, doesn't sell anything online and doesn't store your booking on a server. When you book, your own phone sends us the details by WhatsApp, text message or email. We use them only to answer you, schedule your estimate or cleaning, and serve you as a client.

What we receive

Only what you choose to send: your name, phone, email, city or address, details about your home and the time you prefer. While you fill in the booking form, your browser may keep a draft on your own device so you don't lose it; clearing your browser data removes it.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising cookies or trackers on this site. We share details only with the people on our team who will visit your home, or when the law requires it.

Messaging apps

WhatsApp, your text messaging app and your email provider have their own privacy policies, which apply to the messages you send through them.
