Leasing Office Cleaning and Common Areas for Apartment Communities

Leasing office cleaning sets the tone for a community before a future resident ever sees an apartment. We clean leasing offices, clubhouses, hallways, mail rooms and other shared spaces for apartment complexes, condo buildings and HOAs across Utah County, daily, weekly or every two weeks. The same crew comes each time, so you're not training someone new every month.

How it works

4 steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Tell us about the property

How many buildings, which spaces you want cleaned and how busy they get. A site map helps if you have one.

  2. 2

    On-site walk with your manager

We tour the leasing office and common areas in person at no cost and build an estimate from what we see.

  3. 3

    Set the schedule

Daily, weekly or every two weeks, Monday through Saturday between 8am and 6pm, with a task list for each space.

  4. 4

    Same crew, steady checks

Our crew follows the list on every visit. If something's missed, let us know within 24 hours and we come back to clean it again at no charge.

Leasing office cleaning that works around tours

A leasing office is a workplace and a showroom at the same time. Staff are at their desks, residents stop in about packages and maintenance, and prospects show up for tours. Cleaning has to fit around all of that without anyone stepping over a mop bucket.

Since we work between 8am and 6pm, we plan the noisy and wet jobs, like vacuuming and mopping, for the start of the day or the quieter hours. Wiping, glass and restroom checks can follow later if you're on a daily plan. Your manager tells us when tours are heaviest, and we build the route around that.

If your office has a break room, inside the fridge and inside the cabinets can be added when they need it, so the staff space isn't forgotten.

Mopping a tile floor in a common area

Common areas take a beating in a Utah winter

Hallways and lobbies in Utah County apartment buildings see snow, salt and slush from late fall into spring. Salt dries into a white film on tile and wood-look floors, and it gets ground into hallway carpet. Entry mats fill up fast. In winter, the entries usually need more attention than any other part of the building.

Spring brings its own problem, as wind pushes dust and grit through every door that opens. Mail rooms, with traffic all day long, collect it quickly. We adjust the task list with the seasons, giving entries and floors more time when the weather calls for it and glass and fixtures more time when it doesn't.

Hard water also leaves spots on lobby glass, drinking fountains and restroom fixtures. Regular cleaning keeps those spots from building into crust that's hard to remove.

Condo and HOA common areas

Condo associations and HOAs have shared spaces that no single owner feels responsible for: the clubhouse after a weekend party, the mailbox area, the stairwell between floors. A board or a management company can hire us to keep those spaces on a regular schedule, so it doesn't depend on a volunteer.

We'll talk with whoever manages the property about which spaces are included and how often. For a clubhouse that residents reserve for events, we can set a standing cleaning for the following Monday, since we don't work Sundays. We're a family business, Armando and Adriana Vidal and a small crew, and you can reach us in English or Spanish on either of our phone lines.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

01How often should a leasing office be cleaned?

It depends on traffic. Leasing office cleaning at a busy community often makes sense daily or several times a week, while smaller properties may only need weekly visits. We look at your space during the free estimate and suggest a schedule, and you can change it later.

Real
02Can you clean after hours or on Sundays?

No. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We usually plan commercial visits early in the day so the main work is done before your office gets busy.

Real
03Do you bring the cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and we use eco-friendly products. Restroom paper, hand soap and trash liners usually come from the property's own stock, and we refill from it.

04Do you clean individual apartments too?

Yes, but that's a different service. Occupied apartments are covered on our apartment and condo cleaning page, and empty units between tenants on our rental turnover page.

Real
05Is your staff background-checked?

Yes. Everyone on our crew is background-checked, and the same people come to your property on every visit, so your team always knows who is in the building.

Real
06Do you clean outdoor areas or do pressure washing?

No. We clean indoor common areas only. Pressure washing, exterior windows and parking areas are outside what we do.
