Booking & prices
01How much does a cleaning cost?
We give you a price after a free in-person visit, because the size of the home, its condition and the add-ons you choose all change the job. You get one clear price before we start.
Real02Is there a discount for new clients?
Yes. New clients get 10% off their first deep cleaning or their first move-in/move-out cleaning.
Real03How do I book?
Use the Book online page: pick the service, tell us about your place and choose a day and an arrival window. Your phone sends us the details by WhatsApp, text or email, and we confirm by text the same business day. You can also just call us.
Real04Can you come today?
We don't offer same-day cleanings. We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and the earliest you can book online is the next day.
Real05What's your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another family.
Real06How can I pay?
Cash, card, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Apple Pay.
RealOur team & your home
01Who will come to my home?
Our small family team of 2 to 5 people. We send the same people every visit, and everyone has passed a background check.
Real02Are you insured?
Yes. Vidal Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance, workers' compensation and commercial auto insurance, and we're bonded.
Real03Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave a key or give us a door code. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.
04Do you bring the supplies?
Yes, we bring all supplies and equipment and use eco-friendly products. If you'd like us to use a specific product in your home, just tell us.
05What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no cost.
Real06Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Both of our phone lines answer in English and Spanish.
RealMoving & rentals
01When should I book my move-out cleaning?
Book after the last boxes leave and a day or two before your walkthrough, so there's time for a re-clean if anything needs it. Student leases around BYU and UVU tend to end in late April and August, so book early for those weeks.
Real02What's included in a move-out cleaning?
The whole empty home: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, floors, interior windows and more. Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets are add-ons you can include. Each service page lists everything room by room.
Real03Do you work with property managers and Airbnb hosts?
Yes. We clean rentals between tenants, short-term rentals between guests, and leasing offices and common areas in apartment communities.

01Which cities do you serve?
Alpine, Highland, Cedar Hills, Lehi, American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Vineyard, Orem, Provo, Springville, Mapleton and Sundance: up to about an hour's drive.
02Do you go to Salt Lake County?
No. We keep our routes in Utah County so we can arrive on time and give every home its full time.
Real03What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We don't clean on Sundays or in the evenings.
