Ready before the photos
We clean before the photographer arrives, so glass, counters and floors look right in pictures that stay online for weeks.

Sell or show a home
Buyers make up their minds fast, and real estate cleaning is how you get the house ready for the listing photos, the staging and every visit after that. We work with sellers who still live in the home and with agents who need a vacant listing ready by a set date. Armando and Adriana Vidal have cleaned Utah County homes since 2011, and we know which spots buyers check first.

RealBook one full pass before listing, then weekly or every-two-week touch-ups for as long as the home is on the market.
RealWe can let ourselves in with a key or door code, so sellers can stay at work and agents don't have to wait around.

If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean it free.

How it works
Call or text us with the photo date, the first showing or open house, and whether the home is lived in or empty.
We come by in person for a free estimate, look at each room, point out what buyers tend to notice and then give you a quote.
Our crew cleans top to bottom before photos or staging, high areas first so dust doesn't land on finished surfaces.
If you want, we come back weekly, every two weeks or before an open house to keep floors, bathrooms and the kitchen ready to show.
Good to know
Real workAfter years in a house, you stop seeing the gray film on light switches, the white ring around the faucet or the dust on top of the fridge. Buyers see all of it, because they are looking at your home for the first time and picturing themselves in it. They open the oven, peek inside cabinets and run a finger along the shower glass.
Here in Utah County, hard water leaves white spots on glass and chrome, and winter brings salt and slush onto entry floors. Basements often get less attention than the main floor, yet buyers walk every finished room down there. A pre-listing clean goes after these things on purpose, room by room, so nothing pulls attention away from the house itself.
We don't stage furniture or make repairs. We clean, and we leave the house ready for the people who do.

Agents often need a vacant listing ready by a set date: the sellers have moved out, the painters just left and the photographer is booked. Send us the dates and the door code, and we fit the cleaning in before the photos. You won't need to meet us there.
Because the same people come each visit, the crew that did the first clean is the one that comes back before an open house. They already know the house, where the light switches are and which floors scuff easily. We speak English and Spanish, which helps when you're coordinating with sellers, stagers and other crews.
Our staff is background-checked. We carry general liability insurance, workers' compensation and commercial auto insurance, and we're bonded. That matters when you're handing a client's keys to someone else.

If you're still living in the home, the cleaning goes faster and looks better when counters and floors are clear. Box up the things you were planning to pack anyway: small appliances, stacks of mail, toys, extra bottles in the shower. We clean around what stays, but we can't clean under a pile.
Plan the order of work, too. Repairs, paint touch-ups and carpet work should be finished before we come, because they all leave dust behind. Staging furniture can go in before or after our clean; just tell us which so we know what to work around. And book ahead. We work Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm and don't take same-day jobs, so a few days of notice keeps your listing date safe.

FAQ
Real estate cleaning is about how the home looks to buyers, so we focus on what shows in photos and during visits, and it can happen while you still live there. A move-out clean happens after the boxes are gone and reaches into empty closets and cabinets. Many sellers end up needing both, and our move-in and move-out page explains the second one.
RealYes. A lot of pre-listing work happens in homes where the family still lives. We move small items to clean under them and put them back, and we work around large furniture. Clearing counters and floors before we arrive lets us get more done in the same visit.
RealIf it's booked ahead and falls Monday through Saturday between 8am and 6pm, yes. We don't do same-day requests or Sunday cleanings, so for a Sunday open house we schedule the touch-up for Saturday.
RealNo. Many sellers and agents give us a key or a door code. We let ourselves in, clean, lock up and let you know when we're done.

Heavy hard water buildup on glass and fixtures, crowded counters and floors, kitchen grease and a finished basement all add time. So do add-ons like the inside of the oven or the cabinets. We look at all of this during the free estimate, so the quote matches the house.
RealIf the appliances stay with the house, it's worth thinking about. Buyers at a showing often open them, and a greasy oven is hard to forget. Both are add-ons, so we only clean inside them if you ask.
