How it works

4 steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Point out the problem spots

Tell us what bothers you most: the shower glass, the kitchen grease, the dust on every ledge.

  2. 2

    An estimate at your door

We visit, look at the buildup ourselves and quote the job in person at no cost. A deep clean is hard to price fairly without seeing it.

  3. 3

    Top-down, room by room

We start high with fans and fixtures and finish with the floors, so dust never falls on a surface we already cleaned.

  4. 4

    Walk it together

We show you what we did. If anything needs another pass, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back for it.

When a deep cleaning service makes sense

A deep clean is a reset. It makes sense before you start regular cleaning, after a long stretch without help, before family comes to stay for a week, or when the house still looks tired right after you've cleaned it. If you can see a gray line in the grout or feel grit on top of the door frames, you're past what a quick clean will fix.

It also takes longer than most people expect. A large home with several bathrooms and a finished basement can take many hours. What adds time: heavy soap scum, years of kitchen grease, hard-water spots and counters and shelves full of items we have to work around. At the estimate we'll tell you honestly what to expect, and what you can clear beforehand to help.

Spring cleaning in Utah County

After a Utah winter, homes carry a layer of grit you don't fully notice until the light changes. Salt and slush get tracked across entry floors for months, furnace dust settles on every ledge, and the windows stay shut. Then the spring wind kicks up dust that ends up on sills, tracks and blinds.

Our spring cleaning is a deep clean with a seasonal focus: entryways, window sills and tracks, ceiling fans before summer, and the baseboards along every busy hallway. It's a smart time to add interior windows and blinds, since that's where winter and spring dust shows most.

If you can, book it in March or early April, before the late-April moving season around the universities fills calendars across the county.

Baseboards, grout and hard water: what takes the longest

Three things decide how long a deep clean takes in most Utah County homes. Baseboards come first: a big house with an open main floor and a basement has a lot of them, and each one gets wiped by hand. Then grout, especially on shower floors and kitchen backsplashes, where dirt settles into the lines and turns them gray. If grout has darkened over many years, scrubbing brings back a lot of its color, though it may not look brand new.

The third is hard water. Mineral spots on shower glass, faucets and showerheads are common along the Wasatch Front, and some have been building for years. We remove what we safely can without scratching glass or dulling finishes. Very old buildup can etch glass permanently, and if we see that, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

01What's the difference between a deep cleaning service and regular cleaning?

Regular cleaning keeps up what's already clean: counters, floors, bathrooms. A deep cleaning service goes after what has built up over months, like grout, baseboards, fixtures and mineral spots. That's why it takes longer and why we only quote it after seeing the home.

Real
02Is spring cleaning the same as a deep clean?

Close. Spring cleaning is a deep clean timed for the end of winter, with extra attention on entryways, sills, fans and blinds. You can book it any time the season suits you.

Real
03Can you get hard-water spots off my shower glass?

Usually we can remove most of it. Spots that sat for years can etch the glass, and etching doesn't come off with cleaning. We'll look at it during the estimate and tell you what to expect.

Real
04Do I need to move furniture before you come?

No need to move heavy pieces. We vacuum under what we can safely move and around what we can't. Clearing small items off counters, shelves and floors helps us spend more time on the cleaning itself.

Real
05Is there a discount on my first deep clean?

Yes. As a new client you get 10% off your first deep cleaning. It's the only offer we run, and we apply it to the quote from your free estimate.
