Between every guest
An Airbnb cleaning service has a short window to work in: the hours between one guest leaving and the next one arriving. We clean, make the beds with the fresh sheets you leave for us, check your supplies and tell you about anything that needs your attention. Hosts with rentals from Alpine to Springville, and up the canyon toward Sundance, can stop driving over after every stay.

We change the sheets and make each bed with the clean set you leave out. Send us a photo of how you like the beds, and that's how they'll look every time.

We look at toilet paper, soap, coffee and anything else on your list, put out what's in your owner's closet and tell you what's running low.

The same team cleans your rental each time, so they learn where the extra towels live, which lamp is tricky and how you want the thermostat left.
What's included
Real work

Add-ons you can include:
How it works
Where the rental is, how many beds and baths it has, and your usual check-out and check-in times.
We visit the rental for a free estimate and walk through it with you, noting where the linens, supplies and trash go.
Together we decide what a finished turnover looks like for your place, from how the beds are made to where the remotes sit.
From then on, we clean between guests on the days you book, and tell you about damage, low supplies or anything left behind.
Good to know
Real workA guest turnover is a reset, not a deep clean. We clean the kitchen and bathrooms, take out the trash, vacuum and mop, wipe the things guests touch most and make every bed. The goal is a place that feels like nobody has stayed there, because for the next guest, nobody has.
We don't wash or dry linens. Most hosts keep two or three sets of sheets and towels for each bed, so we make the beds with a clean set and bag the used ones for your laundry service or for you. Just tell us where the clean sets are kept and where the used ones should go.
Every few months, a deeper pass helps: inside the oven and fridge, the blinds, the baseboards. Those are add-ons, and we can fit them into a turnover when the gap between guests is long enough.

Short-term rentals in Utah County get busy in waves. Winter brings skiers heading up toward Sundance, along with snow, salt and wet boots. Summer brings families on road trips, hikers and relatives visiting students at BYU and UVU.
In winter we spend extra time on entry floors, boot trays and the bathroom grout where slush ends up. In summer it's trail dust, sunscreen on bathroom counters and more people sleeping in each bed. Both seasons mean more back-to-back bookings, which makes your calendar even more important.
We work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We don't clean on Sundays or take same-day requests. If a stay ends on a Sunday, you can block that night or set the next check-in for Monday, and we'll help you find a rhythm that keeps the calendar full.

Things go smoother when the rental has a locked owner's closet with backup supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and the clean linen sets. Label the shelves if you can. When everything is in one place, the turnover goes faster and nothing gets missed.
Give us a door code and tell us your check-in time, not only the check-out. If a guest asks for a late check-out, let us know as soon as you agree to it so we can shift our arrival. A quick message by text or WhatsApp works on both of our phone lines, in English or Spanish. If your house rules change, like a new spot for the trash cans or a new coffee maker, tell us before the next turnover.

FAQ
No, washing linens isn't part of what we do. We strip the beds, make them with the clean sets you keep at the rental and leave the used linens where you tell us. Keeping at least two full sets for each bed means there's always one ready.
RealIt depends on the size of the place, the number of beds and how the last guests left it. We look at your rental during the free estimate and tell you what to expect. Leaving a few hours between check-out and check-in gives everyone room if a guest leaves late.

We don't take same-day jobs, so last-minute bookings are hard for us to cover. Share your calendar and tell us about new bookings as soon as they come in, and we'll fit them in when we have space.
RealWe tell you what we found so you can take it up with the guest and the platform. We clean what we normally clean, but heavy messes take longer, and some things, like stains in carpet, are outside what we do.
RealNo. Our Airbnb cleaning service runs Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm. For stays that end on a Sunday, blocking that night or starting the next stay on Monday keeps the schedule working.
RealOnly for the first visit, when we do the estimate. After that we use your key or door code, clean, lock up and send you a short update.
