Cleaned in phases
Rough, final and touch-up cleans can be booked separately, timed to where the project really is.
Family-owned since 2011 We speak English & Spanish
New builds & remodels
Post construction cleaning removes the fine dust, stickers, drips and footprints that every build leaves behind, so a new home or a finished remodel is ready to walk through and live in. We work for builders and contractors finishing new homes, and for homeowners whose kitchen or basement remodel just wrapped up. With new subdivisions going up all over Utah County, from Lehi to Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain, there's plenty of it to do.
Real work
Rough, final and touch-up cleans can be booked separately, timed to where the project really is.

We work top to bottom and wipe as well as vacuum, because construction dust settles again if it's only pushed around.

We plan the final clean so the home is ready for the inspection, the buyer walkthrough or the day the family moves back in.

We carry general liability, workers' compensation and commercial auto insurance, and we're bonded, so builders can check that box before we start.

How it works
New build or remodel, the size of the home, and which phase you need: rough, final, touch-up or all three.
We come out for a free estimate in person, walk the house and see the dust, stickers and finish work for ourselves before we quote.
We schedule each phase after the dusty work for that stage is finished, so the clean holds.
Walk the house with us or on your own afterward. If something's not right, call us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free.
Good to know
Real workA rough clean happens while the house is still a job site, after drywall and the dustiest work but before the finishes are done. It clears dust and scraps so the finish crews aren't working in a mess. It isn't pretty yet, and it isn't meant to be.
The final clean is the big one. Every surface gets wiped, top to bottom: light fixtures, cabinets, windows, sills, tracks, door frames, baseboards and floors. Stickers come off glass and appliances, and paint and caulk smudges get worked off where they safely can be.
The touch-up clean comes last, after the punch list. It catches the footprints, fingerprints and fresh dust from the last round of fixes, right before the walkthrough or move-in day.
Real workNew homes keep going up on the west side of Utah County and around Lehi and Vineyard. For a builder, the cleaning is one of the last things standing between a finished house and a closing. It has to happen on time, and it has to happen after the other trades, not around them.
We're a small family crew, not a big subcontractor, which means the same people come to each of your houses and learn how you want them left. We bring our own supplies and equipment and use eco-friendly products. Our staff is background-checked, and we can get in with a lockbox or door code when nobody is on site.
What we don't do is haul debris. Large scrap, drywall offcuts and packaging should be gone before the final clean so we can reach every surface.

Homeowners are often surprised by how far remodel dust travels. Plastic sheeting helps, but fine drywall and tile dust gets through gaps, rides out on shoes and moves through the air vents. A week after the contractor leaves, you can still find it on top of door frames two rooms away.
For a remodel in a lived-in home, we clean the remodeled room and the rooms around it, wipe vent covers and returns, and dust high before cleaning low so nothing settles on finished floors. If your basement was just finished, as so many are in Utah homes, we include the stairs and the hallway the crews walked through every day. Give the dust a day or two to settle after the last sanding before we come.

FAQ
Post construction cleaning covers the dust, labels and marks left after building work: cabinets, fixtures, glass, sills, tracks, baseboards and floors. What each visit includes depends on the phase. We go over the list with you at the estimate.
RealNo. We don't haul debris or take loads to the dump. Large scrap and packaging should be cleared by the builder before we start, and small leftovers get bagged and left where you tell us.
RealAfter all the dusty work is done: drywall, sanding, tile, trim and paint. If flooring is going in, book us after it's installed. A few days' notice is best, since we don't take same-day jobs.
RealWe remove paint and caulk smudges from glass and hard surfaces when it can be done without harming the finish. Large drips or overspray may need to go back to the trade that caused them.
RealNo, we clean inside only. Exterior windows, pressure washing and driveway cleanup aren't services we offer.

Utah's hard water leaves mineral spots on glass and chrome quickly, even in a new bathroom, once the water has been running for testing and use. We treat them during the final clean. Drying the glass after showers keeps them from coming back so fast.
