Real workApartment cleaning when you live there every day
An occupied apartment is a different job from an empty one. There are dishes in the rack, shoes by the door and a desk that doubles as the dining table. We clean around how you live instead of asking you to clear the whole place. Move what you'd like us to wipe under, leave the rest, and we'll return things to where they were.
In a smaller space, a few things matter more. The kitchen and bathroom get used constantly and sit just a few steps from where you sleep, so grease and humidity travel. We pay extra attention to the stove area, the bathroom fan cover and the floor along the bed and couch, where dust collects fastest in a tight layout.
If you're moving out rather than staying, our move-out cleaning is set up for an empty unit and a landlord inspection.
Condo cleaning in HOA buildings
Condos come with their own rules. Some buildings want vendors to check in at the front, use a certain entrance or park only in guest spots. Tell us when you book and we'll plan around it, including where we can bring in the vacuum and supplies without bothering your neighbors. If there is a loading zone or a service elevator, let us know which one to use.
Inside the unit, condo cleaning looks a lot like apartment cleaning, but owners tend to stay for years and want the details kept up: cabinet fronts, mineral spots on the shower glass, the tracks of the balcony door. We clean inside your unit only. Hallways, lobbies and clubhouses are a separate service for HOAs and property managers, with its own page.
Real workTownhome cleaning across Utah County
You'll find plenty of townhomes in the newer parts of Utah County. They usually mean stairs, two or three levels and bathrooms on more than one floor. That changes the plan: we carry everything up with us, start on the top level and work down, so dust never lands on a floor we already finished.
The garage entry matters too. In winter, snow, salt and slush come in through the garage door and spread across the first level. If that's the door your family uses most, we give that floor extra time on every visit.
Shared walls are part of townhome life, so we keep things reasonable. We only work Monday through Saturday during the day, which suits most neighbors and most HOA rules.

Yes. Studios and one-bedroom apartments are welcome. The free estimate is short, and we quote based on your actual space and what you want done.

Yes. Leave us a key or give us your door code, and we'll let ourselves in during your scheduled time. If your building has a front desk or gate, tell us how to get through.
Real03Do I need to provide a vacuum or supplies?
No. We bring everything, including eco-friendly products. In a small apartment that also means no extra buckets or bottles taking up your closet.
04Do you clean condo hallways or the clubhouse?
Not as part of apartment cleaning. Common areas and leasing offices are a separate service for HOAs and property managers.
Real05My apartment has hard-water spots everywhere. Can you help?
Yes, it's very common around here. We work on faucets, showerheads and shower glass during each visit. Heavy buildup that's been there for years may need a deep clean first.
