House Cleaning Service with the Same Faces Every Visit

Coming home to a clean kitchen on the same day every week or two is what our house cleaning service is for. Armando and Adriana Vidal started this family business in 2011, and recurring cleaning for busy Utah County households is still the heart of it. Your first visit is a longer first-time cleaning, and after that we keep the house at that level.

A team that learns your house

The people who clean your home the first time come back on every visit, so they know which counters get the most use and where the vacuum lives.

How it works

4 steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Tell us about your house

Share how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, how many people live there and how often you'd like us to come.

  2. 2

We see it in person, free

We stop by, walk through the rooms with you and quote both the first visit and your regular visits. We never price a house over the phone.

  3. 3

    First-time cleaning

The first visit takes longer. We catch up on buildup in the kitchen and bathrooms so later visits can focus on upkeep.

  4. 4

    Your regular day

We come on your schedule, Monday through Saturday. To skip or move a visit, give us 24 hours' notice.

What a first-time house cleaning covers

Nobody's home is at its best on the day they finally call a cleaner, and that's normal. The first visit is where we catch up on what built up: soap film in the shower, the grease line along the backsplash, dust on top of door frames and fan blades. It takes noticeably longer than a regular visit, and we'll give you a rough idea of how long at the estimate.

If the house hasn't had a thorough clean in a long time, we may suggest starting with a deep cleaning instead. Some buildup simply can't be handled in a maintenance visit, and we'd rather tell you that than leave you disappointed.

Before we arrive, pick up toys, clothes and papers from floors and counters. We clean surfaces, and a cleared surface gets cleaned better.

Weekly, biweekly or monthly house cleaning: which fits?

Weekly cleaning makes the most sense for big households, where five or six people go through one kitchen and two bathrooms in a few days. Utah County has plenty of families that size, and a week is about as long as those floors stay presentable.

Every two weeks is a comfortable middle ground for many couples and smaller families. Monthly works for tidy homes, empty nesters and people who wipe down daily but want the bathrooms and floors done properly once in a while.

Whichever you pick, you're not locked in. Holidays, a new baby or a busy season at work can change what you need, so tell us at least 24 hours before your next visit and we'll adjust the schedule.

A family business you let into your home

Letting someone into your house every week or two takes trust. Vidal Cleaning began in 2011 as a way to support the Vidal family, with Armando and Adriana's two children helping in the early days. We're still small, a crew of two to five people, and we send the same people to your house each time.

Our team is background-checked, and the company carries general liability insurance, workers' compensation and commercial auto insurance, and is bonded. You can give us a key or a door code if you'll be out. If something isn't right after a visit, call or text us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free. References from past clients are available if you'd like to talk with one before you start.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

01How is a house cleaning service different from a maid service?

Most people use the two terms for the same thing: someone who comes on a set schedule to keep your home in order. Ours is a family-run house cleaning service, so you deal with the owners directly and see the same team each time.

Real
02Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You don't have to be. Leave a key or share a door code and we'll let ourselves in during your scheduled time. Some people like to be home for the first visit to show us around, and that's fine too.

03What if I need to skip a week?

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll cancel or move that visit. Vacations, sick kids and visiting relatives happen to everyone.

Real
04Do you clean finished basements?

Yes, when they're part of the living space. Many Utah County homes have a basement with a family room, a bedroom or even a second kitchen, and we can include it in your regular plan. We'll count it during the estimate.

Real
05Can I add extra tasks to a regular visit?

Yes. Inside the fridge or oven, interior windows, blinds or fresh sheets can be added to any visit. Tell us a day or two ahead so we can plan the extra time.

Real
06How do I pay for regular cleanings?

We take cash, card, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and Apple Pay. Use whichever is easiest for you.
